I have wired funds several times too. It used to show up
the very next day, but lately its taking two days to
show up on your account.

Wired funds (if wire went thro without any problems)
are available for trading the next day. Simple way to
check is to try and place a buy order for any random
stock with net value equal to the wired amount (x2 if
you have margin account) If funds are not available
Wit will not let you place the trade.
