Rest assured that I'm not. I'm dug in for now. But have put any buying on hold until a final decision is made to go forward with an attorney's review, and it's looking in the affirmative. Unless of course something develops on the share grab front. I'm not your typical BB penny buyer. I will not just up and leave when I feel there's a real investment at stake.
