Slider: I quite agree with you. Many people on this thread talked about oil import to South Korea is increasing, but nobody talked about the oil import to China declined 40% in the 4th quarter of 1998. 1st quarter this year's data is not out yet, maybe will give some negative surprises? The economy in China and Hong Kong is far from bottoming yet. Of course, only IMO.
