Kemble- The building blocks are in place for money to flow back into the techs: EARNINGS, EARNINGS, EARNINGS.....LOW INFLATION......SLOWER GROWTH GOING FORWARD... Combine these, and an unreasonable fear in recent weeks, and that's the stuff of rallies... Dell is in its season....that is good too... Cheers...
