George, I had an open order to short XCIT this afternoon, and just when I wanted to cancel the order I lost my internet connection and couldn't cancel the order. Since the stock was nearing my offer and looking higher, I was in a mild state of panic. However, I hit my speed dial for the X's emergency trade dept. and by the second or third ring I was talking to one of the X people, and the order was canceled within another 10 seconds.

Outstanding service from the X. None of this calling in talking to some receptionist type person, then being put on hold only to be connected to yet another person all the while precious seconds are ticking by. Maybe I can find cheaper, but I doubt I can find better.
