I think part of the story is that the MM's like to make their money and will run it all the way down, all the way up, and repeat it as long as they can get away with it. I predict a continuing of that pattern a couple more times and then some good steady growth with a year end grand finale of $5 (IMHO). I have nothing concrete to base this on so do your own DD.
