Paul,

My own opinion of Scott Lemon is that he really was sent here to create turmoil and dissension.

His measured and calm responses are in contrast to the anger of Joe and others. He comes across as thoughtful and a very "nice" guy.

Yet there is absolutely no substance to anything he says. No insight, only "wait for good things to happen".

So he will create a following of those who are not impatient or action oriented. That will slow down any shareholder revolt.

I don't believe it's an accident.

Hope I don't sound paranoid, and do agree with Tom that Scott is welcome to post here. But more personal info is needed before I find him credible.

I've stayed on the sidelines during Joe's revolt, wanting to wait for the earnings. Not that I disagreed, just that my investment here in time and money isn't that big a deal.

But the earnings were horrible, and the corporate attitude towards them worse. Should we really believe that Marengi had no idea German sales were weak until too late to do anything about them?

Please.

Dwight
