my questions are being removed from the Q & A so I reposted to FlexChat just a few minutes ago: "Dee Jay deejay16@juno.com Fri Feb 28 12:55:18 1997 why do you keep removing my questions about whether or not Sinclare owes money to the exchanges for non-payment of fees for the data Sinclare has taken and dispensed to its paying subscribers? What do you have to hide?Will the liabilities be included in the now-overdue financial reports which must be filed with the SEC? Is that why the reports are delayed?" a whole series of in-depth questions were forwarded to Larry Stockett last night, relating to the issuance of the new shares, the 5% ownership filing rule (related to the "international investment groups", and several other matters which need clarification if investors are to have a clear picture of what is going on. If I get responses I will post them here. Don't bet the farm on the prospect that Stockett will respond but the questions are valid and if he feels it's not necessary to provide that information to me perhaps others (the SEC) will be interested in getting the information from him.
