I don't know about the money, but the stock option plans probably aren't going to be that attractive. After all, from a long-term perspective, the price of AMD stock hasn't gone anywhere for years. Even Jerry "We'll be back after this quarter" Sanders had to have his options repriced in order to make any money off of them.
