Triffin OT I think part of your high rates maybe because of TX. We are just a little south of Snerd but the hail storms here are something else. Over the last few years, we lost two roofs, three sky lights, several windows and a big canvass awning. Not to mention our poor cars and trucks. Between personal and business, we own 8 vehicles and the dents were unreal. Always with a hat on... zora
