Technical Analysis from Market Edge's Second Opinion on PSFT:

Moving Average Convergence/Divergence (MACD) indicates a BEARISH TREND
Chart pattern indicates a WEAK DOWNWARD TREND
Relative Strength is BEARISH
Up/Down volume pattern indicates that the stock is under DISTRIBUTION
The 50 day MOVING AVERAGE is falling which is BEARISH
The 200 day MOVING AVERAGE is falling which is BEARISH
WATCH FOR RESISTANCE AT 12.79
Stochastics indicate stock is OVERSOLD
STOCK broke DOUBLE BOTTOM (Bearish) Point & Figure Chart Formation Yesterday

RECOMMENDATION

AVOID THE STOCK
STOCK IS NOT A SHORT SALE CANDIDATE
IF YOU ARE LONG; CLOSE POSITION OR MONITOR STOCK CLOSELY

I did a little tecnical analysis of my own by looking at a 3 month chart Dave. Unless you are aware of a compelling reason to buy PSFT I would look elsewhere.

I could be totally wrong. You know I am quite often.

Thanks for asking, Jeff
