At the website the corporate profile suggests that they have filed under section 12G of the Exchange Act. I assume as a 20F filer as they don't have the requirements to be a domestic issuer. Did anyone phone and ask if they have filed a 20F?

The press release appears somewhat amatuerish rather than misleading with no explaination as to what the connection is between the company and the internet companies/services or am I just reading it too quickly?

And yes I am in at .12 cents for 8000 shares. The VSE is killing itself as usual. Don't know why I bother with them anymore..they can't seem to deal with the explosive nature of the new millenium.
