Greg - you just fill out the on-line forms and mail it in. It takes about a week. Plus 10K on United (excellent promotion!)for your next spring break! Fidelity is just too frustrating. When it is busiest they are at their worst. I get bumped off just before I am about to enter a trade and have to start over - it has cost me $$$$. If I continue to grow my trading business I will need the level II that is provided by EGRP. Can't get that on Fidelity! Happy Trading! Trevor
