Soxan It's strange. I received the proxy from 630 Howe Street, Vancouver, BC mailed on Apr 16, 1999. I suppose everyone will get one. It included an URGENT message to "All Concerned Naxos Shareholders" and an Information Circular "Dissident Solicitation of Proxies." The previous proxies regarding the April 15 meeting I received from Fr Gregory were sent back with Bob Gardner's name as the proxy holder and a vote against everything they proposed. Perhaps they sent this proxy to anyone who sent the previous proxy back. ?? Essentially, all of Fr Gregory's proposals were the same - oust the present Board, et al. I can't imagine what his agenda is. I haven't heard anything about the demonstation plant other than what was stated in Bob Gardner's latest letter. Have you received your proxy from Bob re: 4/30 meeting? I have my shares scattered all about (IRAs etc.) and usually receive 6 or 7 proxies, but to date, have only received one. I think all the people here in St. Louis are holding tight. (Also holding their breath.) Whatever, we must support Bob as he has done the most in the least amount of time.
