WHG,

Check out Macmillan's site for some good basic options info, also his books are a great reference and learning tool if you trade options. Very much worth the read. The CBOE site can give you a lot of data to check on volatility readings and changes in OI(open interest) on the options that you trade. I use it for a bullish/bearish sentiment indicator and also to view an entire listing of all the strikes for the underlying equity. There are a lot of option specific sites on the web and you can get a great deal of info by following the hyperlinks on a lot of the sites. This is one area of trading where you have to do your homework and understand all the different types of options trading that are available IMHO. Here's a site where you can follow someone that trades the SPX and OEX.
