I do believe that you can't sell the thing without some sort of a buffer. You certainly can't start selling a processor immediately in this market unless you have fab capacity of Intel. You need to stockpile and then sell while you build new fabs to meet demand. 8000 wafer starts/month isn't a lot of capacity. I don't believe that they will have 600Mhz immediately. I'd be happy with a 400Mhz part on a .25u process followed by the .18u parts.
