In any case I'm sure you guys will agree that this is a Dead Money till someone buys us out. this new round of financing and new dilution only states that a buyout will never happen even for the next round of financing which has to happen by October...... wheew..! tiring. good luck guys, my next visit to this thread will be in October. back to Internets and instant gratification.
