if RMII follows thru on intent to purchase IdealDial they anticipate $10 million in 1999 revenues thru accretion,

IMO this is significant for RMII with

$6 million in 1997 revenues
$10 million in 1998 revenues

Hansen's business plan is to grow RMII thru acquisitions.

RMII has grown from a Regional long distnace/ISP company for households to providing the following menu of services to small and medium sized businesses in several regions of the country:

dedicated high speed internet access
low cost long distance service
dial up internet service
website hosting
web site production
web site marketing

RMII is currently "rolling out" a new marketing strategy to target small/medium business clientele.

the marketing strategy should provide new business clients and additional "Wall Street" exposure.
