Ward....I think these guys will recommend a stock right into the ground. Tuesday Apr 20 1999 In the April 16 issue, The Investment Reporter has chosen 25 stocks which it believes will be outstanding performers for the balance of 1999. Laidlaw ($8.80), is one of these companies. The newsletter states that while Laidlaw has had problems at its ambulance segment, it is an undervalued buy. Best Regards KEITH
