Massimo Da Milano Inc. signs distribution agreement with Hobarama Corp., manufacturer of BAWLS Guarana
DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 20, 1999--Massimo Da Milano Inc. (OTC BB:MDMI - news) announces they have completed a distribution agreement with Hobarama Corp., the parent company of BAWLS® Guarana ( bawls.com ).
MDMI will offer Bawls Guarana high-caffeine drinks on-line via buymdmi.com and Java Centrale Internet Cafe's, powered by ichargeit.com , Inc. (OTC BB:ICHG - news). MDMI has also secured a sales agreement with Bawls, Inc. to distribute their product throughout Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Arkansas.
BAWLS® Guarana is a new non-alcoholic high-caffeine drink available on the soft-drink market. This natural stimulant has been used for centuries by the indigenous people of the Amazon providing them with physical and mental energy. The Guarana berry contains a naturally-occurring form of caffeine which is 2.5 times stronger than the caffeine found in coffee, tea, and soft drinks. The extract from the berry also imparts a sweet yet spicy fruit flavor to the beverage.
