Deutsche Telekom and Telecom Italia confirmed their merger according to WSJ. Of course, the infrastructure of the later needs some fix. On Command can be of great help for rolling out their new computer systems.

I am glad that ONTC beats significantly the earning estimate by 25%! It is likely that the next Q will be at least a break-even based on the growth rate of On Command and the potential increase in sales of the Y2K products. The payment from MCI may have just began. Besides, a lot of companies and government organization have a lot of last-minute catch-up to do with their Y2K problems.
