Yes, I got it.

I don't know why they want to increase the number of shares authorized, but whatever the reason I don't see it as benefiting current NRI common shareholders, I think we may get screwed again. I hope I am wrong, but no one has offered a plausible explanation as to why this could be good for the average NRI investor that has made any sense. It looks bad. listen guys, I have very little time to talk this week (typing is different, I can type, stop do work, and continue typing later) so can someone call NRI and find out why this would be good for the average shareholder? Maybe I'll send them an email...
