sds, If you can get hold of the press release declaring Electrotech buyout, please read it carfully. It mentions Mr. John Rollwagen stepping down from Chairman of the board. Mr. Chris Dobson, founder of Electrotech, becoming Chairman of the board. The same press release also mentions that Electrotech was bought for $75M in cash and 5.6M in PMAT stocks. Current number of outstanding stocks is 11.620 M. A SC-13D on EDGAR shows Mr. Chris controling 4,853,334 shares (Nov. 15, 1996) I don't know how much control Mr. Rollwagen has over the direction of PMAT now. If someone can shed some light that will be great. Subodh
