Couldn't help but notice that esecurities became a member of SI
on the same day that the TMSR thread was created. In the interest
of full disclosure would you care to comment? Was esecurities formed
to provide coverage and analysis of TMSR? Also, could you explain the
more than incidental relationship between esecurities and the founder
of this TMSR thread.

Lastly, in the same spirit of disclosure, I'm short TMSR.
