Hey, I've got a great idea! Alfred Balm and the board of FMA have said they will entertain "ANY" offer so I say we propose one! How's this sound: we assume the debt of $115 million, then give them $5 million for the drilling technology, $10 million for the pipeline service division and $25 million for the oilfield services division world-wide! We can have ourselves a company that will do $150 -$200 million a year in revenue for $155 million Canadian!!! Now some of you are scoffing so loudly that I can hear you from here, but consider, such a foolishly low-ball offer WOULD STILL REPRESENT $3.29/SHARE!!!!! And this still doesn't include the Texas Gas Operations. Want to sell tomorrow for $0.70? Regards, AL.
