I agree with early to mid June for grade. Valuations may take a month or more due to the size of the parcel. WSP said 3rd quarter that could mean sometime in July. As far as JK he is out to lunch with his comments, I just laugh at them. His picks have done very poor in recent years and one he said to sell went up, go figure. I heard chimps can make picks and make money. Andy
