Yep, there is plenty of mis-intention going on around here. I'll let the reader be the judge as to where it is coming from.
Back in November and December, I caught the same kind of crap when the expectation on this thread was POs no later than January. At the time, I pointed out the SEC filings said they had no products for sale and they had not even sent out commercial samples for testing.
The line from the gang on this thread was the filings were referring to the 2nd, 3rd, or even the 4th line. And they were simply dated attorney disclaimers anyway. Purchase orders were just around the corner. Larry is an evil short. Blah, blah, blah.
Of course, now it is late April and those January POs are months late. As were FMK's October POs. As they were last summer, last spring, a year ago last winter...
Well the internet hype is consistent (PO's are imminent). The SEC filings are also consistent. (We have no products for sale. We have not sent any commercial samples to any potential customers). And the crap handed out on this thread to anybody who doesn't buy the hype is consistent.
