lib my friend here it is. Some damage control will help things a bit but slightly down at the end of the day.

PS: BII is very late to the party and unless they can pull a Yahoo deal out of their bag of tricks don't look for anything startling anytime soon. US investors will start looking under the covers and not like what they see.
