It's easy enough to find the scheduled IPO's for the next few months. How can one go down this list and research which companys have a stake in the IPO? I've looked at 6 or so IPO sites and I just can't get info like NETP-LPGL, HITS-PTET, BNBN-BKS, WEBMD-PTEK, etc.. Can someone please share how to do this type of research. Timing is everything on these. I'ld be happy to post my DD up here if someone would share that piece of the puzzle with me. Ken . . .
