Thanks, Robbie.

I was unaware that Apollo might be connected with Curcio. Does anybody know of a connection other than the town they are located in? Is it a big town?

One thing I found mentioned in the A&P thread was the Kinski school.

A week or two ago, after the school turned up in the filings, I actually tried calling the school to ask about the holdings. The headmaster wasn't in the office. I told the receptionist that I had a question about the company's stock holdings in a company called Coyote Network, and she took my name and number and said she would ask the business manager to return my call. The receptionist said she was sure that she would call me. But she never did.

As a shortseller I bet on which companies might fail. Letting bad companies fail is an essential part of capitalism. But I don't take any pleasure when it happens. Real people get hurt when a company fails.

Thinking about how the endowment for this boys school is tied up in CYOE stock really bugs me. Reminds me of the junior college in a town where I used to live; it had 100% of its money in Orange County bonds, when Orange County defaulted. It devasted the college. Innocent students, teachers, and other employees all got hurt, just as they will when CYOE crashes and burns.
