Carl, That's a very good point about raising margin. The press talks about what Greenspan might do, but I have not heard them talking about margin requirements. They have raised margin before, maybe in response to irrational exuberance. Historically, or I should say more recently, maybe the last 50 years or so, the 50% margin rate is low. There were days when it's 90%. They could raise margin easily, but it may force investors to borrow money elsewhere, and thus indirectly raising interest rate. So they may have to think twice before doing anything. Richard
