turb....a rep from atml called yesterday to see why I had not voted my shares, and if I was going to. I have read the thread, and no one else has mentioned a call. I know WHY...they want to change it to a Delaware Corp from Calif...very sound business...should have been done along time ago...and they probably need 2/3 vote to do so. When I was an officer of a Public co...we did the exact same thing...and needed a 2/3 of all outstanding shares to do it. I was just surprised that the topic has not arisen here. All else looks good.
