I must tell you that the restrictions you have put on to my account annoy me quite a bit. If I wasn't a charter member and had to pay you for this service..........I'd probably cancel my subscription.
I won't go through the hold Right of Free Speech thing, instead I will give you some free advice:
Why don't you start screening Mr. Rocky Reid's post, both content and timing. Some of his posts are outright lies, you know, misinformation, false information. Those are the kind of terms an SEC lawyer would use if they look into Mr.Reid, the biggest bear on the IOM Internet Boards, including Motley Fool.
I have heard of an increase in prosecutions and indictments relating to internet posts. I have not YET, heard of a "forum" such as MF or SI, being held liable. If I were an attorney representing a company that is constantly lied about and I'm looking for damages, you know, money, well I probably can't get much out of the schmuck that actually posted it, no I'd go after the "forum" that knowingly allowed it, assuming that can be proven.

Oh and PS: Mr. Reid does not provide a link for outside e-mail, I do. I believe it should be standard for all. Either no one can provide an e-mail link or everyone has to, JMHO.
