Del: It means that there is a problem with the movement of certs in/out of the DTC. It is unknown what the cause is. Earlier, when there was a chill, it was because of the change in TAs and the new TA couldn't receive certs to process until it was set up to do so. Conjecture is that the DTC may have issued more certs than exist. Cover story is that there was a problem with one cert that had to be corrected. Not many people are buying that story. Another conjecture is that some registered shares got out and that is what has caused the halt. In any event I think that it is very positive. If the company was issuing new shares, then the DTC wouldn't have a problem but would be issuing shares right and left. Something is amiss and I think shortee knows this and is driving the price down as low as he can get it. tom
