But these people will be writing the books. I hardly think they will recount the essentials of the thing. They will attempt to sound as impassive as possible, all the while painting the White House in the best possible light. Of course they will put some of the blame for the fiasco on Clinton, but they will place near equal blame on Starr. A great sadness because the essential principle of the matter forces the thinking man to lay the entire blame of the matter at Clinton's feet.
