Re : Dr. J "expects that there may be patent challenges" in Europe. This one concerns me greatly as I think that ERICY is not beyond creating a hell of a lot more mischief in the legal arena in Europe and elsewhere. Personally, I just do not think that this makes any sense. ERICY and Qualcomm BOTH want to cover Europe with QCOM / ERICY stuff as quickly as possible, I think. Jon.
