Hi Krukov,

I can guess at the answers to your questions.

Why would a partner buy in now? Why not when the stock was at rock bottom levels? And why a partnership, why not just buy the whole thing?

The answers are all in the fact that Ken Fielding and John Gaetz own/control over half of the company. Nothing can happen unless they want it to. Why would they sell for $0.10 a share, when they were confident that they could get more by waiting? Why would they sell the whole company for $3 a share now, when they can sell 49% of it for $3 and keep the rest as it appreciates? Ken and John are forward-looking investors, just like we are. They sense an opportunity for bigger profits on the horizon, so they are holding on as long as they can.

Also, the test results in California and the fact that SVSY has two real orders have pretty much eliminated the possibility of the company going under. Some competitors were undoubtedly waiting for bankruptcy, so they could try to pick up the technology for cheap at a bankruptcy auction. Now that that's not going to happen, they are probably more interested in doing a deal that gives them access to the technology, even if they can't own it outright.

That's my thinking anyway. The partner thing is for real, believe it. I think the negotiations are in an advanced state even now. That's why everyone at SVSY "can't talk about that", if you ask them direct questions. That's why they're holding off on this oft-promised press release.

The above is all just my opinion, of course. I hope I'm right, for the sake of all shareholders.

Regards,
Bryan
