Anthony & thread, TMSR trading at 52 week high. Need an opinion please

Anthony, I'm a long time lurker on your thread and this is my first post on SI! Unfortunately it's to ask you about a short position that I'm underwater in.

I know you have successfully shorted Thrustmaster(TMSR) in the past so
I don't need to tell you why this co. is a POS. They just announced what they anticipate to be record first quarter revenues and there still going to post a loss. Which to me would indicate that their margins continue to shrink under competitive pressure.

They filed an S-3 on 3/4/99 to raise working capital. I have looked at the filing but can't determine at what price the warrants can be converted. On 3/22/99 a SC13G was filed disclosing that Sawtooth Capital Mgmt. had taken a position just over 10% in TMSR. In the 11 trading sessions since that filing, TMSR has climbed from $11 to close
today at $19, a new 52 week high.

Is a stock so thinly traded as TMSR so easily manipulated? I can't believe this run is due to improving fundamentals. TMSR has a relatively large short interest so I imagine the short squeeze is largely responsible. Any sage words of advice? Take the big hit and bail out, or try and hold on?

Sorry for the length of this post! It's nice to actually post on your
thread even if it's bad news!
