I don't know if what happened to you was an accident or was a"try" which worked for them, but Oxford is connected to a Canadian called Irvine Kott, look up an article in Time Magazine, North American edition 2 week in December 96 Re JB Oxford/Kott he has ahistory of manipulating stocks and brokerages. also look at US Business Week (i think March 94/95 re Hariston Corp. Lots of Info out there on Kott and his Company connections
