Greg I agree that the pop up was probably due to the merger news, and therefore possible aquisition of Boci.

Chin, as a large shareholder of USRX also, I believe that the merger will mean that USRX and 3COMS, will support both 56k - USRX and Rockwell which many USRX shareholders do not like. I feel that a universal standard would benefit everyone in the long run.

I have much hope in Creatix as this may save Boci, or it may increase the odds of a buy out. What does everyone think? G. Blackburn was adamant in saying that Boci did not assume their debt, since it was a privately owned co. She actually said that they were fortunate to have acquired Creatix, in that the timing was just right since Creatix could not purchase from Rockwell. That was the reason the co. was performing badly the last half of yr. It stands to reason that if that is the case, and I have no reason to doubt it, that Boci can get it back on track since they can purchase from Rok.

I repeat my concern about buying the stock at this time, however. I wish it would trend back up, but this is probably a long shot at best.
It is the trend that modem co.s will show not so good earnings since the transition. When the earnings start to move up the price will also, but probably not before. (IMHO) I hope I'm wrong.
