To All I had lunch with a representative of Isolyser yesterday. We discussed there new surgical products and their current stock situation. They now have over 200 products out. With over 100 hospitals that they are currently serving. Apparently the reasons for the previous flat quarters has been the amount of time to get the hospitals on line on average it takes four to six months from sign up till they can change their previous obligations to suppliers. As far as Baxter taking over Isolyser it could only happen as a hostile takeover. Reasons being thay initially talked with Baxter for distribution of the products and Baxter turned them down flat. They will not negotiate with Baxter anymore. In closing I would like to mention that they are still negotiating with Disney for the contract on all their paper plate and utensils. Thank you John
