kevin, I and many others have been contacting the company long before you ever heard of it. A little "internet" publicity and all of a sudden this has become a different story? New names pop up praising the glories of APPI. I neither pump nor dump any company. I just speak from my own experiences. If this makes me or others cry babies, so be it. Where do you see current shareholders benefiting from a spin off? I can give you one I was in. AURA spun off New-Com. At time of spin off Aura was at $4+, NewCom spun off at around $13. Both are under .50 right now and Aura shareholders didn't benefit one bit from the deal. NewCom was the money maker for Aura and they did a spin off of it. A spin off is great if the parent company has other earnings. To spin off the cash cow is bad for current shareholders. Where would it benefit us? Shares would be further diluted. The price probably will jump, not because of any logical reason, just due to the fact "internet spin off" was mentioned.
