Steve, Please excuse the folks from the Qualcomm thread venturing over here to confront Tero. Tero has provided continued critique of Qualcomm for several years, but when his assertions are proven false he is nowhere to be found. A case in point is Tero's claim that Ericy had been developing WCDMA for the last 10 years and Qualcomm's IPR was not essential to WCDMA. Now it is obvious that Ericy had little to no essential IPR for any CDMA and will be paying royalties to the Q. I believe what most of us want, that have read and appreciated Tero's posts, is for him to admit that he was sucked in by Ericy's bullshit or was part of it!!! Pete
