Barry, Glad you're back. How was the trip to Germany? Fruitful or a wasted effort? Since there is very little information available to determine if this equity is of investment grade, I'll take the liberty of asking you for some additional information. Has the merger with netbilling been completed yet? If so, what were the associated costs? Any restricted stock issued? What is the updated figure on the float now? Do we have updated and audited financials yet? If so, when can we expect the SEC filing? Who is the transfer agent (for verification of numbers)? In your most recent post you indicated the possibility of a short interest in the stock. Why? I see the volume is up considerably in the past few days, but I see no indication of any shorting unless you've issued restricted shares that the recipients are using to leverage a short position.
