Jape, I agree with you and with DJC about discussing lawsuits, or any other aspect of any given company. HOWEVER, I do not think that "those in the know" should be sitting here all day long discussing this lawsuit just in case someone should come along who wishes to know about it. After DJC or anyone else does a little actual DD on a company and comes onboard (The thread, not necc the company) with questions, opinions or whatever, that's fine. But to come in here and practically call us morons who do no homework simply because we're not discussing something he wants discussed is just silly, and insulting. I, personally agree with you that's this is a nuisance suit. And with IMMD's track record on winning litigation in court I was actually upset that they settled. Only problem I see was the jillions of dollars they were accruing in legal fees. B. (Returning to lurking mode) BTW, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!
