This stock needs to base before making any serious move up. Hopefully it is basing at 7 to 7 1/2 now. The reason for this is that many investors do not want to buy a stock with a downtrend, instead they will wait for it to base to lessen their risk. Others will buy when it breaks out of the base pattern. So lets hope it stays in this range for a while.
