To All: I spoke with Ernie Miller today and he confirmed most of the story. There is a pending acquisition in Peru, news out as soon as gov't approval given. There is more or less common mgmt and inside ownership between KRA and Ballad. These people can promote, have resources, and a track record that I like. With this low a market cap and the good probability of a positive market reaction to the news I think it's a reasonable speculation. Just look at the market response to other SA acquisitions (IMA,PRI,AOW etc.)They all made money for me! I bought KRA and will wait. Malcolm (real name)
