I like Jay Sidhu. Always have. Two key events that solidify my opinion.

1. He fought off the Chairman 4 years ago from selling the bank at that time. Stuck to his plan.

2. They have grown from 1B to over 20B this decade via acquisitions and made it profitable for the company.

This is not a traditional bank. Go to their annual meeting and you will get the idea.
