I agree with you Ray,excellent potential with the agreement.Look beyond the share issue and the overall picture is great. CD Plus is a great company with a proven track record. I think it is the perfect fit for SBX. In a perfect world,they wouldn't have to issue that much stock, but when you look at companies like Bid.com going to $30 on nothing, I like the chances of SBX. I won't fall in love with the company or the stock, and if it doubles, you can be sure I will take some profits, but at .30 level, I think it is a no brainer as long as the deal goes through.
