I spoke with Mr. Birnholz who confirmed the release is true. He added that the Growth Fund is a $4B fund. His only comment toward MBHC was made in an agitated voice that said "They just didn't mention any of this in their last release." He would not comment further and directed me to his attorney re any further questions. He also asked that I change the phone number to (305) 931-2427 rather than the one issued in the release.
